Polka Dot Pudding in a Mug recipe

1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons white chocolate chips

Line a 1 1/2 to 2 cup microwave-safe mug with tissue paper in a coordinating color. Place cornstarch, cocoa powder and sugar in a small zip-type plastic bag, then seal and shake to combine. Place in bottom of mug. Place the white chocolate chips in another small zip-type plastic bag, and place on top.

Polka Dot Pudding

Remove contents of mug. Empty contents of plastic bag into mug.

Add 3/4 cup milk and stir to dissolve dry ingredients. Microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds, or until mixture boils. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and the white chocolate chips. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
