Pineapple Crisp in a Mug recipe

1/4 cup dry pineapple cake mix
1 tablespoon finely chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon dry cherry gelatin

Measure all into a small zip-type plastic bag. Seal, and shake to combine.

1 (4 ounce) snack size fruit cup pineapple tidbits

Line a 1 1/2 to 2 cup microwave-safe mug with tissue paper in a coordinating color. Set the pineapple up in the bottom. Add the dry mix bag to the top

Attach a gift tag with the following instructions:

Pineapple Crisp

Remove contents of mug. Empty pineapple into mug, then add the dry mix and 1 tablespoon butter or margarine. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, then stir briefly.
