Chocolate Pudding in a Mug recipe
.1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Place the cornstarch, cocoa powder and sugar in a small zip-type plastic bag. Place in a 1 1/2 to 2 cup microwave-safe mug (at least 12 ounces)
Attach the following instructions on a gift tag:
Chocolate Pudding
Remove contents of mug. Empty contents of plastic bag into mug.
Add 3/4 cup milk, and stir to dissolve dry ingredients. Microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds, or until mixture boils. Stir in the vanilla extract. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before eating.
