Bailey's Irish Cream Balls Mix in a Jar recipe
.Layer the following in a quart-size jar:
3 cups Nilla wafers, finely crushed
1 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
Attach the following instructions to a gift tag:
Bailey's Irish Cream Balls
Combine contents of jar in a bowl and mix in 1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Cream and 3 tablespoons light corn syrup; mix with a wooden spoon until well blended. Allow to stand 5 minutes.
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in confectioners sugar. Allow to dry on wire rack for 1 hour. Roll in confectioners sugar again if desired.
Store in airtight container between layers of wax paper.
