Hummingbird Cake Mix in a Jar recipe
.2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Layer the ingredients in the order given in a 1-quart wide mouth canning jar.

Hummingbird Cake
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups mashed bananas
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 10 x 15-inch jellyroll pan or a Bundt pan.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir just until moistened, but DO NOT BEAT. Spread into prepared pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
