Triple Chocolate Mint Cocoa Mix in a Jar recipe

Candies can be ground in a coffee mill or crushed with a hammer.

6 cups nonfat milk powder
1 (16 ounce) package confectioners sugar
2 (8 ounce) jars Swiss chocolate-flavored non-dairy powdered creamer
1 (15 ounce) package chocolate mix for milk
1 (7 1/2 ounce) package round Starlight peppermint candies, finely ground
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt

In a very large bowl, combine milk powder, confectioners sugar, creamer, chocolate mix, ground candies, cocoa and salt. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.

Yields about 13 1/2 cups cocoa mix, enough for three or more gifts, depending upon container size.
