Ultimate Cheese Crock recipe

16 ounces taco or Mexican blend cheese, shredded
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces chive and onion cream cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
Several dashes hot sauce to taste

Combine everything until blended, then pack into a gift crock.
