Easter Carrots

Orange cellophane
Candy kisses, candy eggs, jelly beans or
    any other smaller candy desired
Green raffia
Green curly ribbon

Cut a long pie-shape piece of cellophane, form it into a cone (carrot) shape, then tape along the edge. Fill the cone with candy. Tuck raffia into the cone, then leave long lengths of it sticking out for the carrot top. Tie with the ribbon.
