Peanut Mallow Clusters recipe

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups salted peanuts

Melt chocolate chips, chocolate square and butter in top of a double boiler over hot water.

Beat eggs until foamy; stir in sugar and vanilla extract. Blend egg mixture with chocolate mixture.

Stir in marshmallows, then add peanuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto wax paper. Refrigerate 1 hour to set.

Makes 4 dozen clusters.
