Cran-Raspberry Cordial recipe
2 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen
2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
2 cups granulated sugar
1 (750ml) bottle vodka
In food processor, coarsely chop cranberries with half the sugar; transfer to large airtight jar.
Repeat with raspberries and remaining sugar; add to jar. Pour in vodka; seal and shake. Refrigerate for 2 weeks, shaking often.
Strain through double thickness of dampened cheesecloth into large measure, squeezing and twisting to extract the juice.
Pour into decorative bottles and seal.
(Make Ahead: Store in cool, dark place for up to 1 year)
Makes 6 cups or 1.5L.
