Decorative Cheese Mold recipe
1 pound cream cheese, softened
1 pound sharp cheese, grated
Garlic salt, to taste
6 drops Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt, to taste
Beat ingredients together until smooth. Spoon into 4-cup mold and chill. Freeze and remove from mold while frozen (dip in very warm water).
Serve as spread for crackers.
