  #3585 -- FRUIT  PIZZA 

  Store bought sugar cookie dough
  8 oz. container cream cheese, softened
  1/3 c. sugar
  1 tsp. vanilla
  Assorted fruits (ex. strawberries, banana, kiwi, blueberries, etc.)

   Mix: 2 tbsp. water   Bake cookie dough as one big cookie in a pizza pan according to package directions.  Let cool.  Meanwhile mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.  Spread on cooled cookie.  Arrange assorted fruit on top of cream cheese.  Drizzle with orange marmalade mixture.

 

 

  #1853 -- FLUFFY  FRUIT  SALAD 

  12 oz. carton whipped topping
  1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
  3 oz. pkg. cherry gelatin
  15 1/4 oz. can chunk pineapple, drained
  16 oz. can chunk mixed fruits, drained
  11 oz. can mandarin orange segments, drained
  1 c. miniature marshmallows

  In large bowl combine whipped topping, cottage cheese and gelatin. Fold in remaining ingredients.  Chill for 1 hour or overnight.
